We are delighted to announce that Watkins Distribution UK Ltd, trading as HotSpring Spas, came out of Administration on Monday 15th December. Our company is a wholly owned subsidiary of Watkins Manufacturing of California, the makers of HotSpring, Limelight, Hot Spot and Solana brand hottubs.

We will be trading from 8 locations: Derby, Nottingham, Peterborough, Birmingham, Norwich, Enfield, Reading & Weybridge. We will also be the distributor of all HotSpring brand hottubs throughout Great Britain, and will build and support a dealership network nationally.

The Directors are aware that our recent difficulties have impacted on both our customers and staff. We thank all our customers for their patience and understanding, and assure them that we are now all working to restore our previous high levels of service and support. In particular, the new company has retained the skilled technicians who can ensure ongoing service needs are met. Our customers can be confident that Watkins Manufacturing’s commitment to them remains undiminished.

The focus of our company remains as it always was: to retail the worlds best selling hottubs in the UK and provide industry leading support for them and their owners. That is exactly what we will do.

Holiday cottage rental agencies are reporting that availability of hot tubs is now officially top of the list from holidaymakers. A survey of 5 rental agencies across England, Wales and Scotland has revealed that hot tubs are now top of their lists. “Log cabins are a close second but I think people on holiday like the thought of having a little extra luxury when they rent somewhere and the hot tub seems to be top of their wish lists” said a spokesman for the research.”
