We will be trading from 8 locations: Derby, Nottingham, Peterborough, Birmingham, Norwich, Enfield, Reading & Weybridge. We will also be the distributor of all HotSpring brand hottubs throughout Great Britain, and will build and support a dealership network nationally.

The Directors are aware that our recent difficulties have impacted on both our customers and staff. We thank all our customers for their patience and understanding, and assure them that we are now all working to restore our previous high levels of service and support. In particular, the new company has retained the skilled technicians who can ensure ongoing service needs are met. Our customers can be confident that Watkins Manufacturing’s commitment to them remains undiminished.

The show was a great success not only because of the Envoy’s quiet operation not overpowering the microphones, but it’s big enough to fit lots of people in (officially 5) – even the HotSpring yellow duck managed to go for a swim!
